Almost everyone I worked with at Pirate were fun, caring and humble people who respected your opinion and valued you as a person, not just your work. - I had the opportunity to rapidly progress at Pirate, they operate a meritocracy and business “politics” is low - Very open culture of feedback and learning from mistakes - Inspiring vision/mission
Cons
- High up front cost to operating/growing the business so it relies on external investment/funding which has been a challenge to get over the last few years - Priorities can shift making things a bit inefficient
