Great company, feel well looked after as a graduate, lots of opportunities to meet other grads as there is a lot more intake now than ever. Good opportunities and support towards chartered status. Pay is good, discretionary bonus in April and a Christmas bonus in the form of vouchers and paid staff night out. Senior management are very approachable.

Cons

Holiday allowance could be better, although earning an extra days holiday for every year with PM Group is a nice bonus.
