      I work with great people and really believe in what we are offering: skiing, outdoor adventures.

      Cons

      There are new properties being onboarded, which is great, but it will happen on short notice.

      Everyone believes in sharing the outdoor adventure lifestyle. Flexible time off is rare in hospitality. Overall a good company, especially if you like skiing.
