      Pros

      -Fresh ideas are listened to and acted on -It's rewarding and meaningful to work on the topic of relationships -For a remote company, Paired does a great job of making everyone feel connected and part of the bigger team -Employees are all brilliant, but also kind. Everyone is at the top of their game, and they are a great bunch of people to learn from.

      -6pm finish can be tricky for parents

      - Excellent pay - Great perks e.g. 3x international offsites per year - Fully remote with option to come to London office when you wish - Mission-driven company with interesting user problems to solve - Growing userbase and revenue - Highly competent team with relevant experience

      Pros

      - Remote first policy - Awesome culture - Great team and atmosphere - Founders are very approachable and hear your thoughts/comments

      Cons

      Since it's a pre-series A company things can get a bit disorganised and chaotic sometimes but that's always a thing with the startups (which is not for anyone). For me it's not a con but it may be for a few people that want to work for larger organisations.
