One of the things that I appreciate most about working at Paradigm Design is the sense of collaboration and teamwork that is evident in everything we do. My coworkers are always willing to lend a hand work together to find the best possible solution. Another aspect of our culture that stands out to me is the emphasis on professional growth and development; Paradigm shows that the company is invested in our long-term success. The firm is supportive and respectful, managements approachable and everyone is treated with respect and dignity. No other firm I’ve worked at has created a culture that encourages and supports our success both professionally and personally like Paradigm Design does.

Communication could be better, as the senior leadership team is out traveling and getting new business a lot.
