      Pros

      Multitasking, coordinating with different departments, I learned a lot! I was able to work independently, no micro-managing. Good pay and pretty good benefits.

      Cons

      A few dysfunctional employees that don't get fired no matter how many mistakes they make! Management talks about making changes that never happen. Not very many paid holidays.

      Pros

      Some coworkers were really great to work with. The dog-friendly environment and casual dress were a plus.

      Cons

      Dysfunction and nepotism, plus a lack of training and support from management taints the work envirinment. The owner is running the show, but isn't really engaged with the staff. Evaluations and opportunities for advancement are non-existant.

      Pros

      A few good coworkers, nice customers. The disfunction is hidden from customers and the industry thinks that the output is very good quality.

      Cons

      Irrational owner, press operators can do no wrong in his eyes but everyone else makes horrible errors (not true in reality), old equipment, everyone searches for blame but no one tries to fix problems. Work procedures are old and out of date. No automation is used even though it is owned.
