Partner has been a great place to grow my career. One of the things I've appreciated most is the flexibility to explore different opportunities, figure out where your strengths are, and build a career path that fits your interests. The company genuinely cares about its employees and puts a lot of focus on professional development, mentorship, and long-term growth. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and hardworking without feeling rigid. As we've grown, I've been impressed by how committed the company has remained to its values and mission.
Cons
The biggest challenges have come from growth, which is a good problem to have. As the company continues to expand, there are times when processes, systems, and communication need to catch up with the pace of the business. Most of these are normal growing pains, but they can create occasional inefficiencies along the way.

Great opportunity for career growth. Leadership takes ownership in individual staff, lots of mentoring. Everyone takes responsibility and ownership for providing high quality deliverables to clients.

High volume, but management will step in to help balance the work load.
