Pros
At Peerless we are an employee-owned business. Meaning everything you do; all tasks and job-related functions impact YOUR company. The owner is YOU. It’s a very rewarding feeling to have a stake in the company and knowing that your work does makes a difference. Each department operates very closely, as we are a small business. There is a family-oriented feel amongst the different employees and departments. I can truthfully say this is a team environment where we all want each other to succeed.
Cons
There is not much negative I can say about the company. Being an employee owner means you do need to concern yourself with how well the company performs both operationally and fiscally. That being said, this is a good company that constantly performs because of the people that work here. When the company does good, you do good.
