Pros

I've been with Peppercomm for so long because of the people. It's that simple. Peppercomm has created a culture that cares first and foremost about its employees, and it comes from the top. I've been so lucky to learn and grow my career over the years in an environment where I felt confident enough to push myself, to follow my curiosity, and carve out a path for myself based on my unique strengths and value I can add to my clients and teams. Every day I am energized by the colleagues I'm (virtually) surrounded by, the incredible and creative work we do for our clients, and the community of trust and support we've developed. That's not to say there haven't been challenges, because of course there have been. Change is difficult, and the period of transition before and after the split was tough. Some old reviews show that. But as the dust has settled and we've found our new way forward, it's been amazing to see how the best parts of our culture have endured. I believe that comes from leadership that truly cares about its employees.

Cons

It can be tough to be the new person in an environment with so many longstanding employees and relationships already formed (I was there when I first joined Peppercomm). Give it some time, and take advantage of comedy training if you get the chance. That's how I made some of my closest relationships here.
