Pros

I've been working at Phantom for several years, and genuinely feel it's one of the best places I've ever worked so felt like I should write a review to reflect that. - Exceptional colleagues who are genuinely passionate, skilled, and supportive. There's a true sense of teamwork and collaboration. - Projects are diverse, challenging, and rewarding. The high standards have significantly advanced my skills and professional growth. - Excellent office environment - modern, comfortable, dog-friendly, and inclusive, with snacks and great facilities. - Solid work-life balance. Despite what I've read elsewhere, it's rare anyone works beyond 6 pm, and the studio is generally empty by then. Management actively encourages leaving on time. - Flexible working policy that includes three days in-office and two days remote, striking a great balance for team connection and personal flexibility. The only restriction on remote working is that employees can't work internationally, which is reasonable for operational efficiency.

Cons

- The culture some mention simply reflects our passion for the work and high standards. Those who embrace this culture thrive professionally here. Employees who feel alienated might struggle because the environment demands dedication and high-quality output, which naturally isn't for everyone. - Regarding compensation and respect for employees, the founders have consistently demonstrated their commitment. During the pandemic, they reinvested savings to keep the company stable without furloughing or making redundancies. Salaries are competitive, transparent, and clearly linked to career progression, ensuring employees understand how they can advance professionally and financially form day one. Typically, complaints about salary come from employees with short tenure who accepted clearly outlined terms upon hiring...

Pros

-Really collaborative culture, no one is bound to their job role, strong encouragement to get stuck into projects and come up with ideas regardless of your role or level. -Incredible level of projects to work on with amazing clients. -True sense of ownership over your work, not a place where Leadership pop up and take the credit. You are encouraged to present and be proud of your work and contributions on projects. -Great benefits and staff team building events. -Constantly innovating and working with new technologies, which is really fun and exciting. -Leadership within the agency are really accessible and approachable, frequently sharing their advice and expertise to improve to work and help you develop. -Office in Soho is incredible, and all of the free food & drinks are a great bonus. -Amazing team culture and sense of togetherness (if you're not trying to fly under the radar and not do your part for the team).

Cons

-As mentioned in the Pros section. A few members of the team that are coasting. This is expected at any workplace, but can be pretty frustrating when on a really exciting project and not getting the level of contribution expected.
