      Pros

      Family atmosphere, accessible management for voicing concerns, detailed post orders, free uniforms and uniform maintenance. Staff ready and willing to help when questions arise

      Cons

      Working independently can be boring when working jobs that do not have extensive tasks. Dispatch office is sometimes so busy you can't get complete answers right away and have to wait for Supervisor to call back.

      Pros

      The Phelps are wonderful caring people, who care about their employees. They do expect the employee to do the job they were hired for. If employee has an issue, they can go to any of the Phelps and they will help anyway they can.

      some of the employees do not want to come to work on time
