Pros

nice hourly rate weekly pay. Good company to work for if you're willing to learn. Have good mentors/Head Doormen.

Cons

None. But need to sort out a bit of communication gap between managers and Door staff.

I think the pay is really good also meeting members of the public, friendly colleagues & area manager is always there to help you out if you need to.

I don't have any cons as it is a really good security firm to work for.
