Positive work environment Strong Missing Statement that guides the companies goals Continued training on workplace improvement Encourages staff to provide feedback on companies growth, changes, and atmosphere on a regular basis Uses quarterly Town Halls to keep staff appraised on how the company is doing Supportive of personal issues unrelated to work Eager to help staff learn and grow through courses and training When possible, promotions happen within current staff vs. outsourcing Encourages conflict management

Company strategies aren't always clear and sometimes one departments strategies can largely affect another department A lot of interpersonal relationships that can affect the office interactions
