Pros

Amazing company culture. They care deeply about the hiring process and bringing likeminded people together. Great senior leadership who are invested in making Pipedrive a winning business. Very flexible and supportive policies and fair pay.

Cons

Truly not many cons to report - some changes in senior and mid-level management can be inconvenient and frustrating, but not uncommon in the industry.

- Culture is super strong - Seeing people with years of tenure within the team is inspiring - Money and time invested into teams getting together/visiting different offices - Good energy in offices - Great office space - Solid benefits - Flexible working style - Work life balance is super good - Product really makes an impact

Cons

- sometimes teams lack a bit of structure - could have more L&D budget - benefits could be a bit more competitive

Pros

The culture at Pipedrive is lovely. The people are all great to work with from the bottom all the way to the C-Suite. The company takes work life balance seriously and ensures that everyone at the company is doing well. Benefits are also good (health insurance etc.) For Experienced AE's looking to have a relaxed yet productive atmosphere, Pipedrive is brilliant.

Cons

Compensation due to Pipedrive's SMB focus can be a bit limiting compared to other SaaS roles so best meet your targets well and consistently to start taking on larger seat deals and make some more money. While Pipedrive does allow for remote work of up to 30 days, it would be nice to see that extended more to provide that flexibility in travel especially when most of the time we are WFH anyway.
