Pros
Great startup environment, friendly and super motivated work environment. Totally open across different roles/departments, you feel you can give your point of view on things no matter what role/position you have.
Cons
Employees sometimes show up a bit late or work from home a bit too much, not that important but clearly sometimes affects on the work performance.

Pros
Flexibility, smart people, fun environment. There's a positive and can-do attitude in the air, and nobody stops to ask if something isn't possible.
Cons
Scope creep and too many hours. Sometimes it's hard to see where we need to go next, but it's not so bad with the right people.
