      Pros

      It is a fast paced environment with several projects being delivered in short sprints of time. You get access to senior members of the team and your opinion is valued.

      Cons

      The team is split across different locations, which can cause some communication issues especially when it comes to prioritisation.

      Pros

      A big range of different tasks to work on and a very supportive wider team. The company takes care of the employees and gives you the opportunity to broaden your knowledge in finance. You have a direct impact on business strategy where the key stakeholders really trust your work.

      Cons

      It is a lot of work but this is not actually a cons - if you really like analysis, these several reports/projects will give you the experience and help you to learn fast.
