Pros
Polatis is full of incredibly talented and hard working people who care about the work that they're doing and want the business to succeed. I loved my time working there. There is a refreshingly calm and respectful working environment, even in times of high pressure and stress. In addition to that, the product is really innovative, and it's a great place for people to learn and grow their capability. My salary and benefits package was good, and I felt that the business cared and took my welfare seriously.
Cons
There has been a significant amount of growth at H+S Polatis and at times the company's processes haven't grown at the same pace as the sales. Whilst this is a negative, management at all levels are well aware of this and are facing into it so I have every hope that this will improve over the coming year.
