Thanks so much. I appreciate your feedback on your experience. Certainly, we take seriously knowing the changing landscape of college, high school, and graduate school admissions. It's important so that you as a tutor (and, me too!) can be as helpful as possible to the students we work with.
It should be the case that your pay has risen with years of experience. My experience is that other companies that offer higher base pay "outsource" costs to tutors with in-home tutoring, where tutors bear the cost of driving and the time in transit. I've long believed that in-office tutoring provides a superior learning experience for students and work experience for instructors.
