Sales are Commission for the most part, so good if you are a hustler, reasonable commission rates, great purchasing negotiators departing supporting the team with very competitive sales cost to capture business. Excellent operations department with consistent delivery service.
Cons
Poor benefits, No 401K match, salaries cut during economic downturn and never restored.
