      - The small size of the company allows for a tight-knit community and allows you to pick up a little bit of hand-on-experience of each step of the quality-controlled drug production and development process.

      Cons

      - Strained relationships among the management leads to a tense culture for the company. - Depending on customer demands, there can be periods where unrealistic amounts of work are required because there aren't any other people to delegate the work to.
