Pros
The older seasoned people are awesome, helpful and hard working. The owner appears to be actively trying to expand his knowledge on effective business operations, he is productive when it comes to customer facing roles and vendor relationships. The general attitude is positive. The owner is progressing forward working to improve negative traits, this is great for anyone in any role.
Cons
The owner regularly made poor ooerational decisions, creating issues where there shouldn't be. Poor treatment of higher producing employees is common place, favoring those who support his choices that often cause issues down the line. He has little faith and trust in the ability of people that work for him, causing him to micromanage competent workers.

Toxicity is the name of the game. Feel like witnessing staff being degraded and gas-lit every day, this is the place to be.
