      Team environment was amazing. I learned more at this job than I ever expected and would recommend anyone considering this job to keep an open mind and see where hard work can get you!

      Pros

      The business has unlimited opportuity for people that excel at training, recruiting, and sales. This business is not for everyone. Most of these comments are from people that have never actual worked for Primus. Any reviews that have a time span of working over a year for Primus is false. Here at Primus we expand into new markets within the region of New England. Which takes 6-12 months to help expand our clients footprint.

      Cons

      ——Glassdoor not being able to recognize false accusations vs. genuine feedback. Requires a certain work ethic that 90% of people aren’t willing to put in. They would rather do something “comfortable”.

      Opportunity for Personal and Career Growth

      Pros

      Primus was my first "real" job after college. This opportunity allowed me to work with in one of the most supportive and dynamic team environments, and gain more skills then I ever could have in an Entry Level job starting out. The effort I put in was exactly what I got out, which made my efforts extremely rewarding.

      Cons

      The hours were a bit long, but that taught me to effectively use my time outside of work, and invest fully in my home life.
