      Pros

      Growth opportunity. Able to learn a lot by working here and are not restricted to one task only. Good benefits such as PTO policy, flexibility, lunch provided on in-office days. Employees are treated very well by owner.

      What one I loved the most about working here was that they treated you like family. Truly enjoyed my time with ProMedia and would be happy to return! There were numerous benefits! They provided lunch for on-site employees They made sure I was comfortable and happy in my position There was room to grow and they actively assisted me in trying to better my skills

      Cons

      There could have been a touch more structure but the freedom was incredible. If there was ever an issue, it was brought to me like I mattered and not like I was a number.
