Pros

I joined Proclinical straight after uni almost 6 years ago. Since joining, I've been promoted 7 times and now lead a team of 4 people across the UK and SA which was made possible by the development offortunities internally. Another big advantage if the incredible callibre of our client services team that win work for our consultants, offering a consistant job flow. Proclinical offers a very inclusive culture and incredible incentives for top performers. The business puts trust in it's employees and is not aggressive on KPIs which builds a good culture amongs the consultants.

Cons

Being part of the Acacium Group offers some good advantages but limits certain decicions and slows down the time for actions to be implemented. The size of the office makes it challenging for the best internal collaboration.
