Working for Projects Abroad is the best job that I've ever had. As I've been here for over 4 years, my role has evolved to become very diverse and allowing me to make the most of my strengths. They're always open to new ideas and will always let you use your initiative to implement new ideas, providing that you've thought it through and that you can allocate the time to do it. They also have a great vision for the future, always looking ahead and continually improving where they can. As an additional bonus, I usually get to travel overseas to assist our volunteers roughly every year and a half with the vast majority of it being paid for, within reason. This has seen me travel to Asia, Africa and the Americas, all of which I had never been to before! There is also a great community here, both in the head office and in the company in general. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they're always happy to help you if you're struggling with anything.

I have been working at Projects Abroad for the past 4 months. The environment is amazing as there is a mixture of people from different nationalities and age groups. During my appraisal meeting, management create a tangible action plan in order to reach my objectives for my future career plan within the company. Feedback is provided in a constructive way to help employees improve and grow into their role. We regularly organise socials and barbecues. There are opportunities for working overseas.
