Pros
Straight up hourly pay from clock-in to clock-out. Overtime after 40 hours. Benefits after 3 months
Cons
Will promise overtime but actively schedule for little to no overtime. Communication is lacklustre most times. Dispatch (management) is almost non-existent between 5 pm and 5 am when linehaul usually runs. Corona virus protocols are lax and proper virus specific PPE not provided.

Cons
Some routes were too long. Few job benefits. Varied routes could be good or bad depending on your tastes.
