Pros

You get to work with gigantic medical datasets. This presents genuinely interesting product and engineering problems. Tons of opportunity to work across the entire stack of Prospection - frontend, backend, data engineering, cloud engineering, data analysis, R&D. The team is very talented technically - there's constant innovation in the AWS/Data Engineering space going on. They have a good long term vision to help patients get better treatment and they are actively working towards it. Company events are pretty fun.

Cons

Priorities can move and change very fast in the engineering space to meet evolving demands. An openness to change is required to succeed.
