Advancement, Leadership experience, and community. This place values what you bring to the table. Your hard work goes noticed. I have seen many people who started at an hourly position move into Supervisor or Manager positions through their hard work. The Leadership team has taught us skills that allowed us to advance at this company, but also skills that translate to any company.

The work really speaks for itself at this wearehouse. They watch your performance to metrics. If you aren't performing, they hold you accountable. This is not a 7 hour 45 minute day and skate job. The expect their employees to perform at their jobs. If that doesnt appeal to you then this is not the place for you.
