Pros
I've been a contractor for ROI for a few years. The team has consistently grown as more an more clients have come to ROI, and even with the growth the vast majority of the team is still hard working and high quality. The culture is probably my favorite part of my days in the office - from the dogs running around to the happy hours every Wednesday and work-from-home-Thursdays, there is a lot of flexibility here and fun seems to be core to the culture. Oh, and also: pinot noir, IPA and cold brew on tap.
Cons
Everyone is expected to execute well and produce quality work - it could be tough to keep up if you're a slacker. The flexibility might be tough for those who want rigid structure and hand-holding.
