      Pros

      I really love the mission to make the world more musical for all types of person - beginners through to pros - and I like the fact that so many of the team are talented and passionate about music. The product is really innovative and the people are just great, it's certainly a startup and things can be hectic but you do always have the feeling that the founders care deeply about the team. They do regular socials and provide lunch and generally it's a nice atmosphere.

      Cons

      Things move really fast and at times it is a challenge to keep up, but I'd probably prefer that to a slow moving co...

      The company promotes and advocates for well-being and inclusivity in the workplace. At Luminary, I can unapologetically advocate for my wellness and bring my whole self to work. Since I started, I've been able to work with some of the most creative, passionate and innovative people in music- tech and learn from amazing mentors. The company wholeheartedly wants everyone to be part of the bigger picture, and is consistent with keeping everyone updated with the latest news and developments. Overall everyone is very encouraging, kind and emphatic. A great place to challenge and grow whatever department you are in.

      Cons

      Like any start-up, we move fast, and the constant flow of information can be hard to keep up with. Luckily we have a leadership team that encourages questions, offers answers efficiently and promotes active listening.
