      Tough but worth it

      Pros

      Autonomy, flexibility, ownership and dedicated team. The talent at ROOM is world-class. Working with the best clients in the world. Big and Small. Lots of travel opportunity. You get paid well for your hard work.

      Cons

      Very limited people ops infrastructure. Poor onboarding experience. Lots of pressure.

      Lots of travel, Amazing list of clients to work from Very exciting environment to work in with lots going on all the time The ability to get a taste of logistics, post sale care and sales excitement

      Cons

      Hard to find any real cons, few small teething problems on a fast scaling company such as communication and needing more support on staff numbers but nothing out of the ordinary.
