      Ongoing cost-cutting measures and a push for efficiency are significantly impacting site-level employees. Reduction in resources is leading to increased workload and operational pressure on the team. While policies are in place to support site operations, the requirement for multiple permissions and approvals to access basic facilities is creating delays and inefficiencies at the site level.
