      Pros

      Fantastic team spirit. People at RTI help out whenever needed. Great training program to help get into the job and very relevant to the day to day work.

      Cons

      Like any global organisation it's difficult to meet face-to-face with team/colleagues on a regular basis. We do have an annual company-wide get together and more focused team weeks although.

The work is challenging and engaging, with enough time provided to properly address complex problems. The team is outstanding: highly intelligent, collaborative, and motivated to achieve the best possible results. Competitive compensation and very good office conditions. Interesting and well-organized company events that help strengthen team cohesion. Hybrid work model that effectively combines remote and in-office work.

      The company has not grown significantly in recent years, which results in a lack of junior staff to handle less critical or simpler tasks.
