What we look for in a new employee is someone that that works hard, does the right thing, looks for and responds to feedback, helps make other team members better, and most importantly wants to win. We apologize for the lack of formal training at the time. Our training program has evolved, starting as a more hands on learning and face to face assistance model to now a defined formal process that allows our recruiters and account executives to thoroughly understand their roles, the industry, and our processes here at Recru.
