Nice people to work with. When there is a holiday there is plenty of overtime. And the bonus is a % of your yearly pay. Management is honest and calls out the slackers instead of trying to sweep them under the rug while other worker harder.

When there is no holiday it is hard to get a full 40 hours, and sometimes hard to get 30 hours.
