      You learn so much and they are very encouraging that if there is something you want to learn how to do, they will absolutely show you.

      Fast-paced - though not really a con, just need to make sure you can keep up.

      An incredible culture!

      Such a wonderful team! I felt so welcomed when I first started and I still feel that care as the team will stop what they're doing to help in any situation. The culture keeps everyone included and they're constantly searching for new ideas to keep everyone involved and having fun. RedRover is a breath of fresh air!
