      Pros

      A lot of new people being hired (in hyderabad) to drive digital transformation for a lot of the legacy systems while building new products at the same time. The process can be frustrating sometimes, but is a very good problem worth solving as an engineer.

      Cons

      Legacy teams can sometimes be reluctant to change and embrace the changes that come with time.
