      Pros

      Great coworkers who are great to work with and really care about doing a good job. Leadership honestly cares about the employees.

      Cons

      As you would expect from an agency, the work is fast-paced and can be high-pressure. Not necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of going in.

      Pros

      Unlimited time off which is used and encouraged, pretty much every US holiday off, work-life balance is taken seriously, summer Fridays, cool clients, fun team. There's a lot of growth ahead under Megan's leadership.

      Cons

      Remote life can be tough. There's no office to meet up with and we typically only got together once per year so building relationships internally was difficult.

      Pros

      Refine Labs has been the pinnacle of my career in digital marketing and I have learned so much alongside such a dynamic and talented group of individuals. The People team have especially blown me away with their dedication and commitment to fostering a fun, exciting and diverse workplace. Remote and flex work allowed me to travel and visit family without worry. I have also had the privilege of being managed by some wonderful leaders at the company and have learned a lot about what it means to be a good people manager.

      Cons

      No cons worth mentioning here, I'll really miss this place.
