Reflections have always been incredibly supportive of my aspirations and personal goals, alongside those for the business. I was new to tutoring and the training and development was second to none in ensuring I was set up accordingly. The ongoing developments ensure I am still up to date with key trends and get to relay this to my learners. They have great reward strategies which are complimented by the inclusive approach

I worked at Reflections Training Academy and throughout my time there, even through a challenging COVID-19 pandemic, I really enjoyed my time! I always received fantastic support from both colleagues and management and the relationships between the staff members and students makes the place really enjoyable to work in! The working environment is pretty fast paced but management were always there if needed along with my colleague who were always super friendly.
