Cons
Not necessarily a bad thing, but a good thing to know: The job at refurbed will never stay the same, as the job description changes every couple of months (based on the fact that it is a scale up and things change quickly) - this can make things and department structures chaotic and affect motivation. However, it strongly depends on the department you are in and your leadership.
