      Family owned. They want to do the best for everyone at the organization and try extremely hard to ensure all employees are taken care of.

      Labor market is challenging for all which effects output and abilities.

      Pros

      After my initial training I was able to work from home and love the flexibility of that. The people I work with are all very nice and very supportive.

      Cons

      The software was easy to learn, but I wasn't familiar with delivery business and it took me a bit to get the hang of that.
