      There are no "cons". The people that post negative comments about this company are the same people who got fired for not doing their jobs. Come in and see us and how Reliable Jet is really a top notch shop.

      Pros

      New D.O.M. is very helpful, knowledgable and listens to concerns and is pro-active. Avionics Manager is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and above all a great teacher!

      Cons

      There is always a few bad Apples with negative attitudes , but overall that is internal issues within themselves on there own terms.

      Pros

      You learn a lot if you're new to industry. The employees are long time employees. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours. They expect you to do everything for nothing. Employees aren't valued. Customers & employees make fun of company rules & practices. Owner & upper management are self centered, have no self control, belittle employees.
