Pros

-Emphasis on personal and professional development -Excellent work-life balance -Collaborative environment -Competitive benefits and a family feel to the organisation - Inclusive company culture, I feel valued and respected in my role

Cons

-Salaries might not be as competitive compared to other companies in the industry, however the overall ethos, benefits and opportunities outweigh this.

Pros

Really enjoyed my time at RB, it was a great start to my career in recruitment and I learned a lot. There is a great social aspect to the company and I felt valued.

Cons

A bit more connection between H/O and smaller offices to bring the whole company together

Thank you for the positive review, always nice to hear that the effort we put into making this a fun place to work is appreciated. Also, yes will try to make more effort to involve remote workers & offices :)

Pros

A genuinely welcoming place to work where you are given autonomy and the opportunity to show your abilities. There's a real family ethos driven by the MD who actively promotes a 'we're all in this together approach'. No firm gets everything right 100% of the time, but I've found that any issues I have raised have been listened to and actions have been taken where possible - not much more I could ask for. I've been given the opportunity for formal accredited training, I know I have a great relationship with my manager, get to build my team, and my career and skills are being stretched. The fact that I get to WFH is also a big plus and really helps the work/life balance.

Cons

Did they get everything right in the pandemic, probably not but they've gone out of the way to make it up to people and more. The MD asked for trust from the staff and paid that back to everyone as soon as he could. That certainly earned my respect.
