Pros
Good way to get entry level experience. Met great people and made good friends. I learned a lot in this job but it was also a tough experience.
Cons
High stress and highly chaotic office environment, poor pay. Company was struggling with transition to making things digital but did not seem to have any cohesive strategy to do this. Cramped and noisy office with little to no respect for the idea of providing an environment where people can work.
