- Spectacular learning experiences - Working alongside Facebook, furthermore being able to visit Facebook HQ - Working 1 on 1 with people who have been in the industry for well over 10 years - Team Motivation - Progression is planned from the moment you join the team - Great opportunities working with colleagues from different backgrounds/countries - Team Spirit, for example - team bonding experiences e.g Bowling, Game/Quiz nights, social drinks at the Beehive Manchester office

Cons

- Time differences for clients overseas can sometimes mean working a little later or being restricted to certain hours of the day - Not being able to have more team group sessions, giving that some of the team is abroad

Top Notch Company - Couldn’t Be Happier

Pros

Engaging and challenging work. Lots to learn but you get to see it out into practice and the results - leaving you with a real sense of achievement. The team are second to none - really care about each other and creating a lovely place to work.

Cons

Checking results at 2am in the morning (all self inflicted though) - when stuff is working you just can’t resist the urge to check the run rate every 5 mins!

- I had received a warm welcome to the company when I had first joined - Every member of the team is filled with joy and warm spirits - Great guidelines put in place to help you work your way to the top within this industry

Cons

- There hasn't been one that I've come across as of yet :)
