      Pros

      Laid back, great environment to work in. Flexible hours with college classes, Room for advancement within the company and it’s a growing company as well

      Cons

      Multiple work shifts and schedule varies every week. May have to take on multiple job duties if a person calls off

      Co-workers are amazing people and management within my division really look out for their employees.

      Very big disconnect between divisions, as they operate as separate entities. Infighting and struggle between divisions.
