Pros

Roundtable is a great place for anyone new to sales to start out. Lots of hands-on coaching, patient leadership, and plenty of support from other departments (marketing, IT, product development) on sales calls. Plus, you get to sell to the biggest companies in the world and promote an innovative product. Also, great work-life balance. 8:30-5:30 during the week, the weekends and the evenings are largely yours.

Cons

Sales cycle can be long and there is a lot that can happen that isn't in your control. If you're looking for quick sales cycles and immediate results, Roundtable Learning might not be a good fit for you. A lot of patience is required to close deals, but that reasonable when you are regularly pushing 6-figure opportunities with Fortune 1000 companies.

Pros

Have a fun culture and everyone treats each other like family. The developers and designers are extremely talented and everyone works together as one unit which is great.

Cons

Since they are a growing small company, the onboarding process could use some work.

Pros

Some of the most caring, talented, creative, and hardworking people I've ever worked alongside. I learn from my coworkers every single day. It's a highly collaborative environment. There's a great sense of purpose. The work is challenging but very fun and exciting. We get to create XR experiences for some of the biggest companies in the world!

Cons

Being a fast growing company in tech, things evolve quickly... Updating technologies, adding office space, formalizing procedures, etc.
