Pros
This is a small but mighty company that sincerely tries to practice what it preaches. I’d say they hit that goal 8/10 times and strive for better - always. Great people, benefits, pay, all the things. Can’t speak for everyone but I’d say most studios have complete flexibility in their schedules as long as they get their work done and communicate with teams.
Cons
You’re going to get burnt out - it’s just a matter of time. Severe lack of ownership and accountability for work across too many studios. No dogs except the owners dogs in office. Not a place to build a career if you’re already at a Senior or established role. They’re already too top heavy as it is. Typical story - untrained or frankly just bad management and it trickles down.
