Upper management and the way that the company works is just thoroughly uninterested in making conditions and systems better for the employees. The company has high turnover for a good reason, and do not want to listen to feedback, good or bad. They are purposefully understaffed and don't care about how this negatively impacts the function of the facility and the experience of the staff, and more importantly the guests.
