      Company catch phrase "We Never Stop" is taken quite literally (witness company CEO running 100k in Antarctica). Potential for big rewards. Encourage learning and making your own fortune. Take employee team building to a spectacular no-holds barred level with a small sample of adventures including company-wide trips to the Swedish mountains, the Moab desert and even a marathon in the North Pole...

      Cons

      I don't see it as a con, but if you don't give 110% it will be noticed. There is a ethos from top down that encourages everyone to keep building the business.
